Karhu Security offers you security training based on practical work experience.

The security enforcer basic course (32 h) includes the statutory training content as well as lots of practical examples that our instructors have experienced during their career. All of our instructors are security professionals with several years of work experience, thus passing on some of their tricks to you.

The security enforcer basic course is an excellent first step into the security business and enables you to act as a security enforcer at a wide range of events.

The training takes place in Pori.

Security enforcer refresher course

Karhu Security offers you security training based on practical work experience. The security enforcer refresher course (8 h) is mandatory by law if one wishes to have extra time for security enforcer approval. All our instructors are security professionals with several years of experience, thus passing on some of their tricks to you.

Refresher courses will be held whenever there are at least 5 participants.

The refresher course costs 80 €.

Citizen’s exceptional situation training

How to act in different exceptional situations? The comprehensive training goes through theoretical examples of the largest and some smaller everyday exceptional situations one might face during the course of one’s life.

As practical training we use fire and first aid situations, so that in an emergency you can do at least something. We organise more comprehensive first aid training separately.

There are many exceptional situations in everyday life and they can be caused by several things: yourself, someone close to you or even a tank lorry driving by. The course teaches the action principles for different situations and how to prepare for differing events beforehand.

Use of force advanced training

Meant for everyone working in security as well as everyone who might face violent situations in their work or even in their private life. You will learn different techniques you can use in situations where you are threatened with violence or it is already being used against you. Trained and seasoned instructors and assistant instructors teach different techniques that can be used in use of force and self-defence situations.

The techniques and exercises can be based on martial or self-defence arts or statutory security guard and enforcer use of force training, adopted and possibly adapted by our instructors.

Basic first aid training

Karhu Security Oy first aid training does not follow the curricula of the Finnish Red Cross or any other national organisation, thus we also do not give out official Red Cross first aid cards.  Our first aid training can be adapted according to the group to be aimed at accidents in the home, for security personnel, occupational accidents or emergency situations.

For example, the first aid training dealing with a car accident teaches how to face the victim of the accident and how to give first aid without causing more damage.
